Welcome to Ktn blog!

This is my first post and hope won’t be the last one :-)
My name is César, I live in Guadalajara, México, and I like to read a lot, play foot-ball soccer, and know everything about technology, programming languages, software, etc.

Will try to modify the template of my blog to make it more user friendly, or at least to contain what I want it to have.

I think the weblogging experience in the internet will take me a bit of time, at least to feel comfortable writing once a week first, then 2 or 3 posts a week and so on.

That’s all for now, I’m eager to take a look to the template and make some modifications. Suggestions are welcome.

See you!

  1. Hello César and welcome to Blogsome ! I am really glad to see you have ventured into creating a weblog over here. I am sure you will enjoy it as much as the rest of us. Regarding the customisation of the templates this is something that you can do through the Admin panel, using the option under Files or under Themes, whatever you would prefer. Have a look and if you would still need some guidance let me know and we will hook up together. Welcome aboard and keep weblogging !

  2. Hi Luis! Thanks for stopping by and share your welcome message, sorry if I just saw your comment until today, I didn’t saw it the times I was logged on with my account in here.
And thanks for your help offering, I was able to modify the template the same day I created the first entry and for sure you saw how it’ll remain for some time, so will not need to look into it for now.
What I need to discover is how can I post a comment without much checkings about links, dashes in URLs, etc., for my own weblog. When I click on the “Say It!” button I get a page that says that I have tried to spam my own weblog 6 times, that’s funny. I’m sure there should be a better way.

    Thanks again Luis!

  3. Hello César ! I know exactly what you mean. I had to go through some of that myself when I was using Blogsome. Regarding the different creation of posts checking out the links, dashes in URLs and so forth is going to be a cumbersome task since Blogsome has got some issues about using third party weblogging tools, like w.bloggar or Qumana as it will not include the correct links. This is an issue solved in the WordPress template which Blogsome hasn’t upgraded yet. Hopefully, it will be soon enough.

And regarding the spamming your weblog item yes, this is something that happened to me every now and then and it has got to do with the plugin Spaminator. If you disable it for a minute or two while you are sending the comments and then enable it again, you should be all right. Hope that helps.
