Changes and Leadership
In case you haven’t seen it, there’s a good video in YouTube about how changes occur because of someone not being conformist (or a sheep) and thus being in some way a leader for change. I saw it first on this post created by Fabián Gradoph who saw it here on César Viteri’s blog.

The little video is repeated two times in there, with different music each one and minor frame differences; I have to say I liked the second one because the music is more dramatic, I think.
