Social Software in Plain English
If you have not already seen the videos shared by the guys from Commoncraft explaining, in plain english, what social software is and its usefulness, then I suggest you head on over to Luis’ blog and check his weblog post named Social Software … in Plain English where he put together the different videos. They are short, less than 4 minutes each, and I have to say that they are great to explain this topic to anyone.
